Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of human resource management (HRM) practices on the performance of employees at Hatif Libya. A suitable sample was selected to collect data for this study, and a questionnaire consisting of 39 variables was distributed to 78 employees at Hatif Libya. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22), and several statistical methods were used to achieve the study's objectives, including simple and multiple regression analysis.
The results indicate that HRM practices — specifically, compensation systems, performance appraisal, recruitment and selection, training, and development — have a positive impact on employee performance. The independent variables were found to positively contribute to influencing the dependent variable.
Finally, the study proposed several recommendations that could lead to improvements in employee performance at Hatif Libya in particular, and in other companies more generally.
