Guidelines for Authors
Author Guidelines and Publication Requirements in the University of Al-Refaq Scientific Publishing Journal
The University of Al-Refaq Scientific Publishing Journal aims to publish original and innovative scientific research that contributes to enriching knowledge across various fields. To achieve this goal, submitted works undergo editorial review and peer-review by experts from institutions outside the editorial board. Authors are expected to adhere to the ethics of scientific research and must avoid any offensive or inappropriate content directed at any entity. The editorial board or its head has the right to delete or add content as deemed appropriate, provided that such changes do not conflict with the scientific results of the research.
Authors are kindly requested to comply with the following guidelines and requirements when preparing and submitting their contributions to the journal:
First: Author Guidelines
1. Preparing the Manuscript:
• Language: The research must be written in fluent and grammatically correct Arabic or in clear and precise scientific English.
• Formatting: Authors must follow the journal’s formatting standards, which include font type and size, line spacing, page margins, and the arrangement of headings, tables, and figures. A detailed formatting template is available on the journal's official website.
• First Page: The first page must include the full and clear title of the research, the full name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation of each author, the email address of the corresponding author, an abstract in both Arabic and English (each not exceeding 250 words), and a list of keywords (no more than five) in both Arabic and English.
• Structure: It is recommended that the research follows a standard scientific structure: Introduction, Research Objectives, Research Questions (or Hypotheses), Methodology and Procedures, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Recommendations (if any), and References.
• Tables and Figures: All tables and figures must be clear, numbered sequentially, and provided with explanatory captions. They should be referenced in the text and submitted in high quality.

Only one citation style should be used consistently throughout the manuscript. A complete list of references must be included at the end of the paper in alphabetical order.
