Abstract

This research addresses the phenomenon and concept of public opinion in the digital age and the transformations it has undergone in light of information and communication technology and new media. The digital space, with all its platforms, has had a direct impact on all aspects of modern life, which draws attention and warrants study and research. The paper is divided into three main sections:

  1. Public opinion from a political perspective
  2. The nature and characteristics of the digital age
  3. Digital public opinion: concept, transformations, and challenges
