The Failed State and the Crises of Political Development: A Theoretical Approach

This research seeks to build a theoretical approach to the failed state from the perspective of political development crises, by analyzing the concept of the failed state, its indicators expressing it, and the extent of their relationship to indicators indicating political development crises and their multiple patterns. This is done using a desk research method to collect data from books, scientific journals, and research published on the international information network. The research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a mutually influential relationship between the concepts of the failed state and crises of political development, as the indicators of the failed state express the same problems related to crises of political development and are almost indicative and expressive of them.
