Abstract:
It is well known on the international stage that there are three key national figures who carry out diplomatic tasks and represent their state in foreign countries, international organizations, and global forums. These individuals speak on behalf of their country, express its positions, uphold its dignity, and maintain its prestige in front of the international community. They are: the "Head of State", the "Minister of Foreign Affairs", and "Diplomatic Representatives", with some also including the "Prime Minister".

This paper, titled "Internal Bodies Responsible for Conducting Diplomatic Work", sheds light on the main diplomatic actors, reviewing their assigned functions and the diplomatic privileges and immunities granted to them based on international agreements, international customs, or diplomatic courtesy.

The study clarifies the role these diplomatic figures play in implementing their state's foreign policy, the resulting stances, decisions, and actions that safeguard the state’s interests and international standing. It also discusses the privileges and immunities they enjoy, which enhance their ability to preserve the state’s dignity and status on the international stage.

The study specifically focuses on the internal entities responsible for diplomatic work, which include the executive bodies represented by the Head of State and the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (including the Minister and specialized departments), and the diplomatic representatives. Each of these entities is introduced, with a review of their roles, responsibilities, and the immunities and privileges they possess.
