سياسة التحكيم والنشر

تخضع جميع البحوث المقدمة إلى المجلة لإجراءات تقييم وتحكيم علمي يضمن جودة المحتوى وسلامة المنهجية العلمية.

ويُعرض كل بحث، بعد اجتيازه الفحص الأولي من قبل هيئة التحرير، على محكمين اثنين على الأقل من ذوي الاختصاص، من أصحاب الخبرة والكفاءة العلمية في مجال البحث، وفق نظام التحكيم السري.

ويتم تقييم البحوث وفق مجموعة من المعايير الأكاديمية، من أهمها:

الأصالة والجدية العلمية.
وضوح مشكلة البحث وأهدافه.
سلامة المنهجية العلمية.
دقة التحليل ومناقشة النتائج.
سلامة التوثيق والمراجع.
القيمة العلمية والإضافة المعرفية للبحث.
سلامة اللغة والأسلوب العلمي.
الالتزام بأخلاقيات البحث والنشر العلمي.

وتتخذ هيئة التحرير قرارها النهائي بشأن النشر في ضوء تقارير المحكمين، مع احتفاظها بحق طلب التعديلات اللازمة من الباحثين قبل اعتماد البحث للنشر.

وتلتزم المجلة بالحفاظ على سرية عملية التحكيم وبيانات المحكمين والباحثين، وبمبادئ الحياد والنزاهة والاستقلالية العلمية.

ولا تعبّر البحوث والدراسات المنشورة في المجلة بالضرورة عن وجهة نظر مجلة الرفاق للمعرفة أو هيئة تحريرها، وإنما تعبّر عن آراء أصحابها ومسؤوليتهم العلمية.

مواعيد استقبال البحوث والنشر

تستقبل مجلة الرفاق للمعرفة البحوث والدراسات وفق دورتين للنشر سنويًا:

الدورة الأولى: استقبال البحوث من 15 يناير إلى 15 أبريل، ويصدر العدد في شهر يونيو.
الدورة الثانية: استقبال البحوث من 15 يونيو إلى 15 نوفمبر، ويصدر العدد في شهر ديسمبر.

وتحتفظ هيئة التحرير بحق النظر في البحوث المقدمة خارج الفترات المحددة، وفقًا لسياسة المجلة وخطة النشر المعتمدة.
