ملخص يسعى هذا البحث إلى الاقتراب من مفهوم الديمقراطية الرقمية في ظل مناخ العصر الرقمي، الذي أصبح سمة الإعلام الجديد. وتتناول الورقة أولاً: الديمقراطية الرقمية من حيث المفهوم والآليات ثانياً : الفرص المتاحة أمام ترسيخ الديمقراطية الرقمية ودفعها لعملية التحول الديمقراطي، كما تطرح، ثالثاً : الإشكاليات والتحديات التي تحول دون ترسيخ الديمقراطية الرقمية من حيث العملية والمضمون. وتخلص الورقة في النهاية إلى جملة من النتائج المهمة. الكلمات المفتاحية الديمقراطية، الديمقراطية الرقمية، العصر الرقمي الفرص والتحديات

Abstract

Abstract.This research seeks to approach the concept of digital democracy within the context of the digital age, which has become a hallmark of new media. The paper first discusses digital democracy in terms of its concept and mechanisms. Secondly, it addresses the opportunities available to establish and promote digital democracy in the process of democratic transformation. Thirdly, the paper presents the issues and challenges that hinder the consolidation of digital democracy, both in terms of process and substance.
