الملخص

الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في نظام التعليم عن بعد وأثره في رضا طلاب التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر طلاب قسم إدارة الأعمال في جامعة الرفاق الأهلية من خلال دراسة أبعاد نظام التعليم عن بعد والمتمثلة في التقنيات والوسائل المستخدمة، المحتوى العلمي الإلكتروني، فاعلية التدريس عن بعد التفاعلية التقييم عن بعد وأثره في رضا الطلاب، وقد أجريت الدراسة على طلاب قسم إدارة الاعمال في جامعة الرفاق الأهلية وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يعتبر مناسبا لهذه الدراسة، وبناءاً على أهداف الدراسة فقد تحدد مجتمع الدراسة في الطلاب الدارسين بجامعة الرفاق الأهلية قسم إدارة الأعمال وعددهم (355) طالب وطالبة، أما عينة الدراسة فتمثلت في (60) مفردة وتم استخدام أسلوب المعاينة البسيطة حيث تتميز بأن كل عنصر من عناصر مجتمع الدراسة له معلومة ومتساوية ليكون من بين أفراد العينة، وهذا يعطي أقل مستوى من التحيز، وتتميز بفرصة أكبر لتعميم نتائج الدراسة، ولقد تم توزيع (60) استبيان بحسب حجم العينة، استعيد منها (56) استمارة مثلث ما نسبته %93.3) من إجمالي الاستمارات التي تم توزيعها، وبعد إجراء المراجعة المكتبية والإلكترونية للاستبيانات تم استبعاد (2) استمارات لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل، وبذلك يكون عدد الاستبيانات التي خضعت للتحليل والدراسة (54) استمارة، شكلت ما نسبته (90) من الاستبانات التي تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة واستخدم برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) للعلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية لمعالجة البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها إثبات صحة جميع الفرضيات الفرعية المنبثقة من الفرضية الرئيسية والتي تنص على أنه يوجد أثر معنوي ذو علاقة إحصائية لنظام التعليم عن بعد المتمثل في التقنيات والوسائل المستخدمة، المحتوى العلمي الإلكتروني، فاعلية التدريس عن بعد، التفاعلية التقييم عن بعد في رضا الطلاب من وجهة نظر طلاب جامعة الرفاق الأهلية. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً إلى أن الاتجاه العام لرضا طلاب قسم إدارة الاعمال في جامعة الرفاق الأهلية عن نظام التعليم عن بعد والمتمثل في التقنيات والوسائل المستخدمة في التعليم عن بعد، والمحتوى العلمي الإلكتروني المقدم، وفاعلية التدريس عن بعد والتفاعلية في داخل النظام، والتقييم عن بعد كان مرتفعاً نسبياً. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها التأكيد على أهمية دور عضو هيئة التدريس في نجاحعملية التعليم عن بعد من خلال توجيه الطلاب وتحفيزهم على استخدام التقنية التي يتم من خلالها التعلم ومتابعة مستوى الطلاب وتقديم الاستفسارات اللازمة في وقتها، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة للطلاب، وضرورة قيام المؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة والعامة على الاتفاق مع الشركات المزودة للإنترنت بهدف تأمين الوصول المجاني أو منخفض التكلفة للطلاب إلى المنصات التعليمية المختلفة لضمان نجاح نظام التعليم عن بعد مما يعكس إيجاباً رضا الطلاب بالشكل المطلوب. وأيضاً القيام بالإطلاع المستمر على أفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجال التعليم عن بعد، وتبني أفضل التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال.

Abstract

Abstract The study goaled to research in system of distance education and its effect in satisfaction of the higher education students in view of the student of department of business administration in Al-Refak private university throughout studying the dimensions of the distance education system represented in (techniques and methods used, electronic scientific content, the effectiveness of distance teaching, interactivity, remote evaluation) and its impact on student satisfaction, the study was conducted on students of the Department of Business Administration at Al-Refak Private University, and it was used The descriptive and analytical curriculum, which is considered appropriate for this study, and based on the objectives of the study, the study population may be determined in the students studying at Al-Refak Private University, Department of Business Administration, and their number is (355) male and female students. It is characterized by the fact that each element of the study population has equal information to be among the sample members, and this gives the lowest level of bias, and is characterized by a greater opportunity to generalize the results of the study, and (60) questionnaires have been distributed according to the size of the sample, from which (56) forms were retrieved. Its percentage is (93.3%) of the total questionnaires that were distributed, and after conducting the office and electronic review of the questionnaires, (2) forms were excluded because they were not valid for analysis. Thus, the number of questionnaires that were subjected to analysis and study was (54) questionnaires. (90%) of the questionnaires that were distributed to the study sample. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) for Humanities and Social Sciences was used to process the data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is to prove the validity of all the sub-hypotheses stemming from the main hypothesis, which states that there is a statistically related significant effect of the distance education system represented in (Techniques and methods used, electronic scientific content, the effectiveness of distance teaching, interactive, distance evaluation) in student satisfaction from the viewpoint of Al-Refak Private University students, The results of the study also indicated that the general trend of satisfaction of students of the Department of Business Administration at Al-Refak Private University with regard to the distance education system is represented in(The techniques and methods used in distance education, the presented electronic scientific content, the effectiveness of distance teaching, the interactivity within the system, and the distance evaluation) It was relatively high. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to emphasize the importance of the role of the faculty member in the success of the distance education process by directing students and motivating them to use the technology through which learning takes place, following up on the level of students and submitting the necessary inquiries on time, and providing an appropriate educational environment for students, and the necessity The private and public educational institutions agree with the companies providing the Internet with the aim of securing free or low-cost access for students to the various educational platforms to ensure the success of the distance education system, which reflects positively the students' satisfaction as required.
