الملخص

مع التطورات التكنولوجية السريعة والتحديات العالمية مثل جائحة كورونا، أصبح التعلم الإلكتروني (E-Learning) ضرورة حتمية لضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمية. إلا أن هذا النوع من التعلم يشكو من قلة الدعم المحتواه الإلكتروني، ومع ظهور مفهوم العلم المفتوح (Open Science)، وهو العلم الذي عرف بأنه الحركات والممارسات التي تهدف لجعل المعرفة ومنهجياتها، وبياناتها، وشواهدها متاحة للجميع وبمشاركة أوسع قدر الإمكان وبطريقة عادلة، ظهرت معه فرص جديدة لتعزيز المحتوى التعليمي وتطوير التعلم الإلكتروني بشكل أكثر فاعلية وشمولية. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور العلم المفتوح في دعم المحتوى التعليمي للتعلم الإلكتروني، من خلال التركيز على كيفية استفادته من ركائز العلم المفتوح مثل البيانات المفتوحة، والمعامل المفتوحة، والمصادر التعليمية المفتوحة، إضافة إلى ذلك، تناقش الورقة دور المشاع الإبداعي (Creative Commons) في حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية وتعزيز التعاون والابتكار في بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني. اعتمدت الورقة على التحليل الوصفي النقدي الأدبيات هذا المجال، وخلصت إلى أن التآزر بين هذه المكونات الثلاثة - العلم المفتوحوالتعلم الإلكتروني، والمشاع الإبداعي لا يقتصر على تقليل التكاليف فحسب، بل يمتد إلى تحسين جودة المحتوى التعليمي وزيادة إمكانية الوصول إلى الموارد التعليمية ومشاركتها بصورة شمولية وبشكل أكثر فاعلية.

Abstract

In light of global challenges such as the coronavirus pandemic, which may restrict social interaction and student gatherings, e-learning has become essential to ensuring the continuity of the educational process. One of the most important pillars of this process is educational content, which needs to be continuously enhanced and developed. With the emergence of the concept of "open science," it introduces transformative opportunities to enhance e-learning content in a more effective and comprehensive manner. This paper aims to highlight the role of open science in supporting educational content for e-learning, with a focus on how e-learning content can benefit from the pillars of open science, such as open data, open laboratories, and open educational resources. In addition, the paper discusses the role of Creative Commons (CC) in protecting intellectual property rights and promoting collaboration and innovation in the e-learning environment. The paper adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to review the relevant literature and concludes that the synergy between open science, e-learning, and CC not only reduces costs but also improves the quality of educational content and enhances the accessibility and sharing of educational resources in a more inclusive and effective manner.
