الملخص

لم يعد الجدل قائما حول أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني ومبررات تبنيه، بل تحوّل الاهتمام في الوقت الراهن إلى تحسين جودته ورفع كفاءة مخرجاته، بما يحقق ارتباطاً وثيقاً باحتياجات الدارسين ومتطلبات سوق العمل ومقتضيات التنمية المعاصرة. ويعد التعليم الإلكتروني نمطا تعليميا فاعلا يخاطب مختلف فئات المجتمع، ولا سيما أولئك الذين تحول ظروفهم الخاصة دون الالتحاق بالتعليم النظامي التقليدي، مستفيذا في ذلك من التطورات المتسارعة في تقنيات الاتصال والوسائط التعليمية الحديثة. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول مفهوم التحول المعرفي في سياق التعليم الإلكتروني، من خلال تنظيم المعلومات وتحليلها وعرضها بصورة منهجية تسهم في خدمة الطلبة والباحثين، وتوفر الوقت والجهد في بيئات التعلم الرقمية. كما أبرزت الدراسة الدور الذي يؤديه التعليم الإلكتروني في إتاحة قواعد معلومات واسعة، وتعزيز فرص التواصل والتفاعل بين الطلبة، الأمر الذي يعكس توجه الجامعات نحو تبني أساليب تعليمية مبتكرة تستوعب الأعداد المتزايدة من المتعلمين، وتواكب متطلبات العصر. وتسعى الدراسة كذلك إلى إلقاء الضوء على ما تقدمه تقنيات الوسائط التعليمية من إمكانات نوعية، بوصفها أدوات ناقلة للمعرفة ضمن عملية الاتصال التعليمي، لما لها من أثر في دعم فاعلية العملية التعليمية، وتعزيز التعلم عبر الإنترنت وتمكين المتعلم من اكتساب المعرفة في الزمان والمكان اللذين يختارهما، بما يرسخ مبدأ التعلم المرن والمستدام. الكلمات المفتاحية البيئة التعليمية، التحول المعرفي، التعليم الإلكتروني، التقنيات التعليمية

Abstract

The debate is no longer about the importance of e-learning and the justifications for adopting it. Instead, the focus has shifted to improving its quality and enhancing the efficiency of its outcomes to ensure a close connection with the needs of learners, the demands of the labor market, and the requirements of contemporary development. E-learning is an effective educational model that addresses various segments of society, particularly those whose circumstances prevent them from enrolling in traditional formal education, benefiting from the rapid advancements in communication technologies and modern educational media. This study aimed to address the concept of cognitive transformation within the context of e-learning by organizing, analyzing, and presenting information systematically to serve students and researchers, saving time and effort in digital learning environments. The study also highlighted the role of e-learning in providing access to vast databases and enhancing communication and interaction opportunities among students. This reflects universities' trend toward adopting innovative teaching methods that accommodate the increasing number of learners and keep pace with the demands of the modern era.
